A. If you are from Asians countries, adaptors or transformer are not needed but advisable to carry with you as some electrical voltage may differ. In Malaysia, the electricity runs on 240 volts with 50-cycle system

How do I make my room reservation?

To make reservations, please use our
Online Check For Room Availability Form available on this website. Please ensure that you furnished all the required information as specified on the Form.

When I submit my reservation form, where does my request go?

It will go to our Reservation Department.

How long will it take the Hotel to respond to my reservation request?
A. Within 24 hours and not later than 36 hours. If you do not receive your respond with 36 hours, please e-mail back to us at sales@seagullbeachvillageresort.com

I don't have 24 hours to wait for confirmation. What can I do?
A. You may contact us by phone calll.

What happen if after 36 hours we do not receive any respond from you?
A. As you are aware this booking is via online and there are many possible factor that your reservation does not reached us may be due to server's error or due to some other technical problem. Please call up to enquire your reservation.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
A. When you received our acknowledgement via the e-mail or fax within 24 hours and not later than 36 hours. Reservations are deemed secured if guaranteed with a prepaid Cash Deposit into the Resort's Bank Account.

After filling up and submission of my Reservation Form how do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
A. Within 24 hours and not later than 36 hours, you will be contacted by e- mail informing you on the status of your reservation.

What happens if I encounter problem with my reservation upon checking-in?
A. It is advisable for you to quote your confirmation number if you were given one but if you were not, it would be advisable for you to print out the confirmation letter and bring along.

What do I need upon checking-in?
A. If you are given a confirmation number please quote it during checking- in and if you do not it would be advisable for you to print out the confirmation letter and bring along.

How far ahead should I make the reservations?
A. At least 72 hours before arrival date.

What are the mean for us to guarantee our booking?
A. We would instruct then to make a cash deposit into the house bank account. Please indicate in the Reservation Form that you wish to pay by Cash.
Q. What credit card types are accepted for guarantee/deposit or payment at your Resort?
A. We do not accept any credit card for all online transaction. Online booking have to be on a prepaid basis. We only accept Master/Visa/American Express for "off-line-on-resort" services.
Q. Do your Resort accept Visa Electron Card?
A. No, we do not accept Visa Electron Card.
Q. How do I secure my booking?
A. To secure your booking you have to pay a deposit which shall be advised.
Q. How do I make my payment?
A. Payment must be made by bank transfer and a copy of the bank-in slip faxed to +(6)05-6852857 clearly highlighting the name, check-in & check-out date, room type/package and email address/fax number. Our bank account details are as follows :

Is there a hotel shuttle service to/from the airport?
A. Yes, we do have our Airport Transfer Vehicle but it is chargeable. Please indicate in the reservation form that you require the Airport transfers. We shall give you the quotation for Airport Transfer during the confirmation of your bookings.
Is there a hotel shuttle service to/from the Pangkor Jetty?
A. Yes, we do have our Pangkor Jetty pick-up service but it is chargeable. Please indicate in the reservation form that you require the pick-up servive. We shall give you the quotation for pick-up servicer during the confirmation of your bookings.
Q. How do I change or cancel my reservations?
A. Through the telephone, facsimile or e-mail. Please specify your Confirmation Number, Name, Resort, Check In Date and Check Out Date. We would prefer by e-mail as it is faster to do so.
